.d.i.l.e.m.a.

last friday i decided to observe a practical student (ms Y).i reminded her to prepare and do the best because it was the last chance to get the good marks..

as promised, i came to the science laboratory at 1.50pm..she looks so surprised and i said good luck to her...i felt so excited after ms Y do demonstrated about the matter.she has a good idea by using her bag and also a glass of water to relate the concept of matter has mass and occupies space.BUT for this phase, a teacher should ask a volunteer (one or two students only) to come in front of class to do an activity..nowadays our system need a teacher apply the concept based on students.so students should involve any activity in class.we're only react as a facilitator to give any guidance and be supportive...

before i leave the class,i was shocked because ms Y gave a balloon to my students..so, class become noisy and difficult to handle because all of them like to blow the balloon.no one give attention when ms Y explain in front...so pity!
before the situation become worse,i walked in front..i was standing and staring with a fierce face to one of my students because he was naughty and playful..

actually my mood also turns bad.very upset!!!!!
i had feeling of guilt about giving the mark for this observation..any opinion?
